Taralli pugliesi: la ricetta dei friabili salati

 Introduction of the Apulian taralli:

Pugliese taralli are savory friable biscuits with rosemary or fennel seeds. Excellent snacks that help to stop the appetite during the day accompanied by a good glass of wine or perfect during an aperitif or buffet. Their shape can vary according to your tastes: small or large, round or oval and salty and even sweet. Ours is not the original recipe, but a recipe devised by us using very few ingredients, but the result is the same. So get to work and make the taralli pugliesi.
