After the water has boiled, pour in the first taralli (10.) and, without turning or moving them, cook them until your taralli will rise to the surface (11.). Then drain them by helping with a skimmer (12.) taking care not to break them. Place them on absorbent kitchen paper (13.) and let the excess water run off. After drying, you can transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper (14.). Now bake at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown (15.). Remove them from the oven and leave to cool. Serve with a nice glass of wine.
